At BMW Ste-Agathe, our passion for the brand doesn’t stop at the current lineup. Our shop welcomes vintage BMWs and MINIs with the same rigour we apply to new vehicles, bringing bodywork, mechanics and interiors that shaped these brands’ history back to life.
Our BMW-trained technicians hold collector vehicles to the same standards as our newest models, with an added focus on preserving their original character: period parts, finishes and details are treated with the care they deserve.
Thanks to our access to BMW Classic parts, we can source hard-to-find components and restore your vehicle’s mechanical and visual fidelity to its original state.
What our workshop can do.
Engine and drivetrain
Head resurfacing, valve clearances, re-ringing, gearbox and clutch rebuilds, held to the tolerances of the period workshop manual.
Bodywork and paint
Panel straightening, cavity rust treatment, high-build primer, paint mixed to the original colour code and 2K clear. Sanded and polished to factory finish.
Upholstery and trim
Seams restitched, foams and beading replaced, door cards and wood trim refinished. Leather and cloth sourced to the original grain and colourway.
Electrical system
Harness checked section by section, grounds and terminals redone, instrument cluster removed and serviced. Faults traced with a meter rather than by swapping parts.
Parts procurement
Identified by original part number, ordered through BMW Classic, and tracked down through collector networks and European NOS stock.
Servicing and storage
Oil changes at period viscosities, brake lines and hydraulics inspected, fuel stabilizer and a battery maintainer for the lay-up period.
